School Council

Hi! We're the school council and we represent you!

At St Luke's C.E. Primary school, we respect and value the fundamental British values of democracy and ensure the views and opinions of our pupils are expressed. At the beginning of the acedmic year, the children elect school council members. All pupils are invited to stand as School Council representatives and are voted for fairly and democratically by their peers.

The School Council meets every month to discuss issues raised by the children and ideas to help improve our school even further.  We believe our School Council is very effective in helping bring about positive changes in the life of our school!

If you have any ideas or suggestions to help improve our school, please see your class council reps, who will bring your suggestions to the school council meeting. Alternatively, you can drop your ideas into the suggestion box.

The minutes for the meetings are below. Please click on the link to read them.
