We were treated to a delightful start on Wednesday with the Year 1 class assembly, which centred around their transportation theme.
The children shared fascinating facts, including highlights from their exciting trip to the Brooklands Museum, where they had the chance to explore a variety of vehicles—one of the most memorable being Concorde! We were also impressed by the stunning paintings the children created, inspired by the work of David Hockney, and enjoyed a beautiful dance performance featuring red scarves.
To top it off, the Year 1 children performed two memorable songs, complete with actions. Well done, Year 1, for such a fantastic assembly!
