    • Getting into the Swing of Golf

    On Friday, the Year 3 and 4 children had an introductory golf session delivered by the Junior Golf Academy. Using specially designed plastic clubs and soft balls, they were introduced to the fundamentals of golf and were guided through a series of fun, skill-based activities. 

    All the equipment has been specially designed to work in school with activities pitched to the age and experience of the children with a potential for a follow-on Tri-Golf competition in the Summer Term. The children had a great morning developing their skills and understanding of how to use the club to create accurate movement.
