A Fantastic Female Takeover Day at St Luke’s

Friday saw our first 'Female Take Over Day' in celebration of International Women's Day which was earlier this month. We welcomed representatives from Fulham Football Club who started the day with a whole school assembly discussing the role girls and boys play in promoting women's football, fair play and equal opportunities.

Getting into the Swing of Golf

On Friday, the Year 3 and 4 children had an introductory golf session delivered by the Junior Golf Academy. Using specially designed plastic clubs and soft balls, they were introduced to the fundamentals of golf and were guided through a series of fun, skill-based activities.

World Book Day Comes Alive at St Luke’s

On Thursday, our school celebrated World Book Day with a day full of creativity, movement, and reading for a great cause! Thanks to the children’s efforts in collecting sponsorship, we were able to raise a huge amount (nearly £2000!) to help replenish and expand the books in our class and school libraries.

This week our PFA created a truly magical Santa Grotto for the children to enjoy, and it has been a wonderful highlight of the festive season in school.
