This follows engaging in comprehensive consultations with a variety of stakeholders—staff, parents, governors, and pupils. These priorities are clearly outlined in our newly updated School Improvement Plan (SIP), which reflects our shared vision for the future of our school community.

The SIP is not only a product of thoughtful collaboration, but it is also underpinned by the school’s rigorous self-evaluation system. This ensures that the plan is both evidence-based and deeply rooted in the realities of our school’s current strengths and areas for growth. Moreover, it is aligned with our school’s vision—focused on inspiring every pupil to reach their highest potential, fostering a culture of excellence that is both inclusive and aspirational.
