We then heard the story of Nehemiah, who was given the enormous task of rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. Nehemiah soon realised that such a huge job could not be completed by one person. He needed people to work together, each playing their own part, to rebuild the wall.

The story reminded us that teamwork is about more than simply working alongside others. It is about listening, encouraging one another, sharing responsibility and recognising that everyone has something important to contribute. We reflected on how, when we work together and care for one another, we can achieve far more than we could on our own.
